• Yes it makes nice smooth smoothies and ice cream. We use it for slushies and mmmmMargaritas!

• Yes, I would not recommend putting an extreme amount of ice cubes into it but if your making a smoothie or something and need ice you can.

• Ice can be used when making NutriBlast drinks with your NutriBullet. All recipes, especially when using ice and frozen fruit must include liquid (water, juice, milk)

• It's okay to add two or three small ice cubes to a beverage with other ingredients and liquid, but it's not an ice grinder or crusher, per se. Adding a large amount of ice cubes could dull the blades or tax the motor.
