- Answer Hello, the ideal temperature range is 50F (10C) and 104F (40C). Do not expose the thermometer to extreme temperatures of >122F(50C) or <32F(0C). Thank you

- Answer Hello, Please follow the instructions in the instruction manual. Remove the back covering and put batteries then press the power button to start taking readings. Thank you
