“Is this appropriate for pressure canning? If so, how many pints/quarts can be processed at one time? Also, what is the PSI, is it adjustable?”

As stated in our manual, recommendations is 4 pints, hi acid food only, the pressure is 70kPa, and there is high or low pressure. Follow manual instructions . Highly recommend reading/consulting pressure canning information for safe canning practice.
