I bought two of the video cards and kept wondering the same thing. Finally one night I was reviewing the product page for the video card on Best Buy's website trying to figure out how to get my game codes and one of the support chat windows popped open. I explained my situation to the support representative, gave them my receipt/order number and they quickly resolved this for me. I had my game code in my email within a few minutes.
