• Maybe? measure the length of that card then compare it to this card. Your main issue will be the power supply. The 1070 requires a min of 500 watts, I couldn't find what PSU they use for that build. I do know the min power requirement for the 1060 is lower. So if the PSU is <500 watts then you need to also buy a new PSU. IF its greater than 500 watts, then all you need to do is check the card length to see if it'll fit in the case.
