• Yes. The LGA1151 has a PCIe 3.0 x 16 slot which is exactly the same size as the Nvidia cards.

• yes. Just make sure you have at least 1 PCIe 3.0 x 16 slots. These cards are almost double wide, so it will cover the neighboring pcie 1x slot. This is one reason by they space the x16 length slots so far apart on mobo's these days.
