Yes! I use this with a Ryzen 7 2700 and I can max out all the graphics settings on games like Walking Dead Saints & Sinners and Stormland.

It is. The recommended gpu for most VR headsets is GTX 1660 or RX 590 tier graphics cards. The RTX 2060 Super is a good deal above those and should deliver good performance.
