• From HP's website about your computer, it looks like the motherboard is likely to support the card, but you'll need to upgrade the power supply, since that 570-p064 apparently has only a 180 watt PSU. A short web search showed me a Guru3d recommendation of a 500 watt power supply for an average system with this card. A higher capacity power supply doesn't mean your computer will be drawing that much power all the time, just that it can meet that level of demand without issue. In stress testing, the 2060 Super can draw 160 to 180 watts on its own.
