What type of PSU do you have? Your wattage might be too low. If you don't have that many peripherals, then I recommend using at least a 750W+ or stronger power supply for this GPU, regardless of what others might say. If you have a lot of extra peripherals, then I suggest using at least an 850W+ PSU or stronger. To avoid damaging any of your parts, I suggest turning off your PSU switch until you diagnose the issue. Also, make sure you are using a fairly recent (2015 or newer) monitor.
