“My graphics card light is not turning on and the light to the power button of my pc case is not on either and everything is plugged in and the pc worked for a bit until the graphics card would not work. Anyone know what I should do?”

What type of PSU do you have? Your wattage might be too low. If you don't have that many peripherals, then I recommend using at least a 750W+ or stronger power supply for this GPU, regardless of what others might say. If you have a lot of extra peripherals, then I suggest using at least an 850W+ PSU or stronger. To avoid damaging any of your parts, I suggest turning off your PSU switch until you diagnose the issue. Also, make sure you are using a fairly recent (2015 or newer) monitor.

Possibly your power supply. Try disconnecting the graphics card from the power supply and turn on your PC.
