Just took a look at your PC, HP website doesn't specify what cables the PSU has. Your PC does support the 2070 Super, the only thing you need to check is whether or not you can power it. The 1660 Ti that is in the PC now uses one 8-Pin connecter. The 2070 super uses one 8-pin and one 6-pin. So you need to open your PC and see if there is an extra 6-pin connecter not plugged into anything. If there is then you're good to go.
