Googling for "Dell CP's 8700" returned your question and results about Dell XPS 8700. So are you talking about Dell XPS 8700? If yes, then this videocard probably may be bottlenecked by an old CPU in the Dell - the Dell webpage doesn't say what processor it has, just mentions that it's 4th generation Intel, and now we have 8th generation to be replaced with 9th in a couple of weeks.
