Yes, the 3070 will work with that motherboard. However, I do caution you to make sure that the card will not be bottlenecked by the cpu. A Ryzen 5 2600 should only be a slight bottleneck, but it should work fine in your setup. Furthermore, the GPU has PCI-E 4.0 support, so I suggest you check with ASRock to see if you have the ability to use PCI-E Gen4. The GPU will outperform the CPU, so if you experience issues with framerate or video stuttering, consider upgrading.
