Yes 700 watts will be more than enough for a 3070. Check out some of the PSU calculators online if you question it though.

The CPU is also a good choice for the 3070 and you shouldn’t experience any bottlenecks unless you plan on running REALLY high refresh rates.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm more then sure you can but thats if your computer isnt a RGB mess and using all that power... I recommend getting a 850Watt. But just know under or over power isn't going to hurt your computer
