You are never able to replace GPUs in laptops. Your laptop it designed in a specific way, using soldering to melt metal onto the motherboard. You cannot change the GPU. Only certain components in laptops can be made such as changing the storage or changing the RAM. You will have to buy a brand new laptop with the 3070 mobile version inside of it. Keep in mind that the mobile versions are not equivalent in performance to their desktop (this specific one you are asking about) version. If you want to have that ability I recommend buying a prebuilt or building your own PC. However, the market right now does not make it anywhere near ideal to build a PC. Good luck!
