I saw a post on reddit which informed about availability and that's how I jumped on it. It was totally by chance. Other way is to use discord servers and subscribe to channels using "nowinstock" and such tools.... no other easy way. EVGA did a fantastic approach by allowing you to sign on and wait. When your time comes, they send you a special link to buy which is valid for 8 hours only for you.

It gave me notifications the times it was available and I was able to make a purchase during one of those brief periods. I got mine purchased on November 10th, but the last time I saw it available here was November 20th. It was available that day for about 40 minutes or so, which did surprise me. No idea how many they had during any of these occasions.
