I do not believe these questions get answered by store employees. The good news is you can trade your time to get a chance at buying one. Roughly once a month or so they get stock. First come first served very early in the morning. Some people camped outside the store for 24 hours, I was only there about 13 hours. The line wrapped around the store. The good news is that most people do not want a 3090 card. The 3080 cards go first. The 3090 cards are usually some of that last to go though I think this time the overpriced 3080TI cards were last.
