• The Shield is not a "service". It is a platform that providers can create apps for and those are used to access the service. For the providers you listed, in most cases you need a TV provider (cable, satellite, or online) that gives you access. There are some services that permit a direct subscription, such as Netflix, Prime Video, HBO Max. Otherwise you need to have a cable or satellite subscription. There are a few online providers as well, such as YouTube TV, Fubo TV and Sling TV.
