Can the shield play the Xfinity Stream app? null

I searched the Google Play Store for the xfiniti app and it comes up as not compatible with the Nvidia Shield TV. Try to contact Xfiniti and ask them to make it compatible. It may also work if you side-load the app but I cannot say it will work for sure.

No, Xfinity Stream app is not available for AndroidTV, I use Roku for that.
