“what does this come with, i know like fans and the cooling stuff but major parts like does it come with graphics card or mother board? What would i need to make it able to run?”

This is literally a case with prebuilt fans that’s it. You’re going to need a motherboard, CPU, GPU, PSU, RAM, also an air cooler or AIO for the cpu, and some form of storage to make it run.
