I have not had any issues with this case, it is likely that the header is wired incorrectly or plugged into the board incorrectly. Check your Motherboards manual for the proper wiring configuration and also trace the wires to ensure they are correctly connected to the Power button, sound like you may be connected to the Reset Pins.
