“Have there been issues with the power button located on top of the case? I bought this case and using the on/off button on top only makes the computer turn off and then immediately reboots. I have to keep using the toggle switch on the back turn it off.”

I have not had any issues with this case, it is likely that the header is wired incorrectly or plugged into the board incorrectly. Check your Motherboards manual for the proper wiring configuration and also trace the wires to ensure they are correctly connected to the Power button, sound like you may be connected to the Reset Pins.
