I can’t find the front the front panel connectors null

there should be a cable coming from the top with the rest of the connectors it will be a flat cable i believe but the end of it will be a single connector not multiple ones that will fit to most new main boards. its composition should be a 2 row by i believe 5 column pin out with one of the holes blocked out.

Remove the rear panel.
