• Drives mount in a second chamber separate from motherboard. They wouldn't interfere with graphics card.

• Yes there is a slot for 4 SSDs and room for the 4090 would recommend for ease of use Aswell.

• a 4090 will definitely fit in this case np. as for the SSD they will also fit but if your using a 4090 i would 100 percent recommend actual NVME drives instead it will be way faster. but yes both the card and drive will fit np in this case it was designed to have plenty of room.
