Depends on your Best Buy for me it wasn’t but I ordered it to get it pick up and yes you have to build it. If you have a Micro center they have good one too. This is my first build only issue for me was the fans and have no flash drive.

Please try again later.H9 flow is amazing fans are preinstalled, they should come daisy chained for 3 fans and ome for exhaust total of 4 fans non rbg unless you get the h9 elite, but easy instal to the mobo depending on what build you doing may invest in extra usb or fan hub if you are adding or doing a custom build and plan adding more fans and aio i ran out of space on mobo had to buy nzxts usb hub and also corsairs icue and lian lis strimmers. As far i k ow ot is still available, for the prices and 4 fans included id say good deal. If h9 is to big for yah may want to check out 6 flow aslo get the h6 flow with rgb
