• Yes it does! I contacted the manufacturer to have one sent only to realize there was one already in the box.

• Yes it come with both the intel LGA1700 bracket and the AMD AM5 bracket.

• Yes, brackets for AM5, AM4 and intel all come included in case you ever need to swap them out, all instructions comes included
