for 280$ it doesnt include the TR4 bracket? null

I have a Nzxy Kracken AND an AMD Thread ripper Neither company is willing to provide the bracket. Nzxt is withholding mine, from an RMA.

Yes, it includes the bracket for the AMD and Intel CPU.
