QuestionWhat happens if there is a POWER failure while the power chair is in the RECLINNED position? Is the MOTOR replaceable? Are the LIGHTS replaceable? Where is the CONTROL located on the MANUAL chair?

- Answer Yes, all power components are replaceable in case of failure (eg. motor,control switch, LED Lights, etc...). The release button for manual recline seats is on the inside of the armrest and on the side of the frame under the seat cushion for armless seats.

QuestionI just unpacked our new chairs (2). Says swivel tray included but we cannot find any where. Are the trays shipped with the chairs or is there somewhere else on the chair they may be. They are not in the box.

QuestionCan the controller be ordered on the right side of the arm rest? Inside and outside? Is this chair a wall hugger? How much space is needed behind the chair for it to fully recline?

- Answer The control switches are built into the inside of the armrest and cannot be moved to a different location. Seats with 2 armrest have the controller on the LHF arm, usually 1-arm seats have an RHF arm with a controller and armless seats have it on the side of the frame, just underneath the cushion. This is a space saving model and it only requires 4-6 inches of wall space to recline.

- Answer If the chair is not in stock, you can go to your local Best Buy store and have them call the Magnolia Design Center. They can order the chair(s) for you in any arrangement you'd like.

QuestionIs there a way to turn off the LED lit buttons on the arm rest. I don’t want them on during a movie nor on 24 hrs a day. Again to specify this is the lights on the arm rest not the lights under the seats.

- Answer The lights on the cupholders in the armrest are tied into the same on/off button that the Lower LED lights are on. Depending on the seat, these can be disabled if they bother you. Give our support team a call for assistance.
