Yes .The Go unit does have a browser. So any resources available to you online can be used .There is also a museum theme and or category for genre specific taste of which should contain some VR and or AR videos along with YouTube VR which more than likely has plenty of these format artists/developers waiting to be viewed and or recognized as artists.

On the Oculus Quest there is an art creation platform called Tilt Brush that allows a user to create 3D art. My company is actually work with a local art studio to teach an art class in VR and later have a VR art gallery showing with all the creations. It is going to be amazing.
