What ages is this appropriate for? null

it depends my 9 and 8 year old niece's love it the games are a lot like what they have on a ps4 or Xbox just in vr just need to make sure that when they are useing it someone is able to keep an eye on them so they don't get to out of hand and forget to attention to what is around them. hope this helps
