While you can link each headset to a smartphone and see what they’re seeing on their screen, it would be extremely difficult to make sure everyone is participating with the field trip as expected. I would expect a lot of students to wander off to YouTube or games. Wouldn’t recommend. My suggestion is to purchase one for yourself first to experience and understand how it works before purchasing for a class.
