• No. The only cable is a USB charging cable. You can play games in your PC with the Virtual Desktop application.

• I'm not sure about the PC but I have downloaded games using my Ipad when not connected to the unit. I have also added different apps with the headgear on via wifi only.

• To use your PC to transfer files directly to the Go, you need a USB cable. Outside of that, I don't believe there is much 'interacting' with a Windows PC, except there are apps like Virtual Desktop and Bigscreen that will allow you to interact with PC. You can use apps like SkyboxVR to stream videos from the PC to the Go wirelessly. No cables are required when using the go as a VR device.
