Yes, it comes with the headset (the most important part), 2 hand controllers and 2 sensors. As well as 6 pre-installed programs (4 games, a drawing program, and a "tool box" program that is simply an introduction to VR); and the code to download Marvel Powers United VR as a 7th program (the 5th and main game). There are also 2 small, simple Introductory (to VR) programs.
