Does it come with preloaded apps? null

It has some. Most you can buy at the store. There are very inexpensive ones like $4.99 that are great. Its such fun. Got the grandparents trying a Board game you walk out over Skyscrapers and its ao real they almost broke a hip! We watched them carefully buts its awesome! From kids stuff to adult full immersion its hands down the best. No cords to be connected to is awesome! Back-deck fun, garage, theater room anywhere its awesome!

I can't remember, it may have a basic tutorial but there a bunch of free apps and demos that you can download off of the Oculus store.
