• With a compatible cable (not the included cable, sadly) you can enable Oculus Link Beta, which allows you to use your Quest like a Rift. Some optional 3rd party software can enhance the experience as well.

• Yes. The quest now has a feature called "Oculus Link" which allows the Quest to be hooked into your "VR capable" PC and used like any other "tethered" VR headset. A recent software update also now lets you use the included charging cable as a link cable (though depending on your play space, you might want to get a longer cable for more free movement).
