But generally speaking the Oculus headset is very adjustable and has a high probability of fitting his head. But be aware of its weightiness. All the weight is on the front of the user's head and can place a strain on undeveloped neck muscles.

Add to this, that most six year olds do not understand the concept of value, so any use should be closely supervised so as not to damage a $400+ device. ...also something to be considered is the developing mind of a child, and if it should be exposed to virtual reality experiences at such a young age. Not judging. Just pointing out things to consider. The decision is yours.
