What you have to do is from your smart phone make sure you on the same wifi and then from setting enable smart view.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I didn't experience this exact issue but I would recommend that you verify the Oculus Quest app and phone are bridged on the same network. Also, I had issues because I tried to cast on a gen 2 Chromecast at it didn't work. I purchased a new gen 3 Chomecast and now I am able to cast with no issues.
