NO it does not. I was disappointed that Best Buy would not honor the statement that was on one of their blogs. I purchased the item in the date timeframe but they refused to honor the statement. You will have to order it through the Oculus App itself - each game is $9.99

Not when i bought the oculus quest. I had to purchase Vader Immortal, was worth it to me
