• No im pretty sure its only ment for vr headsets because it comes with earbuds that are separated for each ear

• They are designed specifically for the Oculus quest. They are about 6-7” long. Two separate auxiliary cords and plugs. If that’s what a Microsoft Surface Computer requires than I guess they will work just fine?
