It does but it’s not as good as the headphones from the first rift. So I recommend getting new headphones to use with them . But they are there if you can’t

Yes the rift s has it's own built in speakers. But if you broke off a pair of headphones within it's headphone jack then it'll still try to play through the headphones. Try to pull it out with a small magnet or play the sound through your computer speakers.

Yes they come with built in headphones. They just aren’t as visible and flimsy as they were on the original Rift. The bass isn’t quite as good but the sound is still ok.
