First I thank someone for trying to help with my question about sound support. After I posted it and left the store for a couple of days I logged back in and opened the Oculus Rift S listing again and started browsing the page with more deliberate intent. I found a details bar and managed to open it to find more in depth description of the product in which I found the answer. It appears these new Rift S headsets have built in speakers near the ears unlike the original that had the "added on" style speaker muffs that mounted to the head strap and covered the ears similarly to ear muffs. The new design allows users to hear someone trying to get their attention by voice instead of grabbing onto the user while playing. So.. Now this has been answered as long as the details are in fact correct. I hope this helps others as well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It does not have ear buds equipped. You will have to buy ear phones seperate there is a headphone port on the side of the headset.
