Here is the link for the Oculus Rift-S hardware requirements: https://support.oculus.com/248749509016567/ Doing a basic search on your machine I do not believe the Rift-S would function well with the hardware you have available. Just my .02

Oculus is power and graphics hungry. Laptops neither have high end graphics capability nor they can provide extreme power to 2 small screen Device. There is compatibility check app, first check with that, whether your machine is compatible or not. Oculus site also has compatible gaming laptop list.
