I'd have to say probably not. It requires a display port or mini display port for video and a usb 3 port for power and data. Oculus says using adapters to change hdmi to display port is unsupported, and it needs usb 3. They don't even recommend extending the display port or usb cables either. I personally had connectivity issues with mine (which turned out to be a missing windows update). I'd venture to say that the docking station is treated sort of like an adapter that's changing video input formats like an adapter would. In my own opinion, I think it's an expensive purchase to take that kind of gamble on.
