• There are two plugs for the headset. Make sure your graphics card has the large plug in, the other is just a USB.

• Your computer will not be compatible with the VR headset. A dedicated Graphics card is required to run the VR headset such as an Nvidia Gtx series card or AMD RX series. Your intel HD graphics does not have enough power to run the headset.
