No, the Oculus rift s doesn’t come with a carrying case. I got one for my kids for Christmas but should of gotten the Quest 2 because it can be used on PC (via cable sold separately) and as by it self with a phone. So, the only bad thing about the rift is it has to be attached to the pc while playing the cord gets annoying after awhile. The quest 2 has a bit more resolution also. I got the 256gb which was $100 more but more than double the 64gb option. My kid loved it and so did everyone else in my family that tried it. I actually purchased the Quest 2 after trying my daughters gift. The quest 2 256gb is sold out every where but I think you can find the 64gb.
