I had to do a quick search on this Kano Pc. It’s a learning pc great for early coding. But unfortunately it doesn’t meet the bare minimum to use the oculus rift s. But you can get a stand alone like the oculus quest 2 that does not require a pc. Oculus quest 2 is a great stand alone vr headset and eventually if you do get a strong pc that has oculus quest 2 minimum requirements, you would be able to use oculus link app to link the oculus to the pc so you’ll be able to play pc steam games.
