You can as long as you have a usb 3.0 port and a display port on a dedicated graphics card like a Nividia GTX 1060/AMD Radeon RX 480 or higher to plug the rift s into. Make sure you are running an i5/Ryzen 5 cpu with at least 8 gb of memory to be able to take full advantage of the unit as well. Otherwise go with the Quest 2 which is a standalone unit that can be added to your pc when you upgrade with a link cable.
