• Yes you can. Simply log into the same oculus account and feel free to play! Think of the Rift S as an updated Rift much like iPhones.

• Yes, you can download and buy games that you did on the CV1 (original version) through the same software. If you bought games for the CVI, you do not have to purchase them again as they are already in your library and you can play them on the rift-s as you would on the CV1
