• Yes you can cause it comes with a able to connect your laptop if you have a gaming laptop

• Depends on your system specs and if your laptop has a displayport or mini display port connection also, be sure you have a modern laptop with dedicated graphics. If it's on board graphics or a older laptop it probably won't work at all it's pretty demanding
