I would recommend any laptop that can pass the steamvr performance test. But if you're looking for names, the GTX 1060 is cutting it close. Any of the RTX cards can easily handle most VR games. Ensure that the laptop you are looking for has USB 3.0 and Displayport. Also, most mid-high end CPU's will work fine

With laptops it can be tricky. Most laptops don’t have a DisplayPort slot or even a Mini DisplayPort slot. Unlike the original Rift the Rift S is DisplayPort only not hdmi. You can use a DisplayPort to USB-C adapter but only if your USB-C port is directly connected to your video card. Recommend waiting for the oculus quest 2.
