• You can a laptop but we had to order a port adapter. I checked with best buy before buying for Christmas and they ensured it would work with my sons laptop but the USB is too big so we watched a video and it shows an USB to C adapter is needed but not HDMI because that one will not work. It will be delivered Tuesday so hopefully it works

• You can’t hook this up to any console but for laptops you can if it’s a gaming laptop with the specs that oculus recommends.
